SOPs are guiding documents on how to operationalize the GHG-IS calculators. SOPs provide comprehensive guidance on collecting and entering data into the calculators, indicate all assumptions made when selecting IPCC coefficients, and include guidance on quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) measures to limit the potential for errors in data collection and entry. These SOPs are intended to be used along with the IPCC Guidelines as supporting material to dive into the details of the calculations set forth in the GHG-IS calculators.
